Well.... the boss has did it again... once again he has sold one of our bright talents... I cannot understand why he does not like anyone British....
looking at our squad, only Justin Hoyte comes to mind.. and even that is because of injuries to our other players... seriously, I think we will need at least a few more British guys to beef up our defence and also our midfield.. somehow, the determination and strength and grit of the Great Britain history can help us beat teams like Bolton .....
And the work of our Academy should not be wasted and cheaply sold to other clubs while we took years to develop them...

Stokes is Irish, not British.
Hadn't he requested the transfer as he wanted to be playing football matches rather than being left in the reserves. Makes sense for Arsenal to make a bit of money now rather than wait until his contract expires and come away with nothing.
Oh! i did not know he asked for a transfer.. Then, its good that we make some money out of him....
btw, when i mentioned british, i meant great britain.. apologies, shd have made it more clear....
I still hope we sign some players this month to booast the squad...
